The data controller for the Oria website and application (https://oria.stackedge.ai) is Stackedge ("we", "us"). For privacy requests, contact hello@stackedge.ai.

We use the following categories of service providers who may process personal data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and technical logs
• Clerk Inc. — authentication and account management
• Stripe Inc. — payment processing for Oria+ subscriptions
• Neon / database infrastructure — storage of account, quiz results, and progress data
• OpenAI — processing quiz answers to generate career match and analysis (where applicable)
• Resend — transactional emails (e.g. subscription confirmation)

Depending on how you use Oria, we may process: email address and account identifiers; quiz responses and generated career profiles; dashboard progress data; subscription and billing identifiers from Stripe; technical data (IP address, browser type, access logs); and messages you send to support.

We do not sell your personal data.

We process personal data on the following bases where applicable:

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the quiz, dashboard, Oria+ features, and related transactional communications
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and aggregated analytics
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): optional cookies or marketing where we ask for your consent

We retain account and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal retention periods. Quiz results and progress data are kept while your account is active unless you delete your account. You may request deletion via the dashboard or by emailing us.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU/EEA. To exercise your rights, email hello@stackedge.ai.

We use cookies or similar technologies for site operation (e.g. locale preference, theme, authentication session). Further analytics or marketing cookies will only be used with your consent where required by law. See our Cookie Policy at /cookies for details.

Some processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This policy is provided in English for clarity. Where mandatory consumer law applies in your country of residence, it shall prevail. For matters relating to privacy and the service, Spanish law applies and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have elsewhere.
