Oria (https://oria.stackedge.ai) provides AI-assisted career orientation for AI-related roles, including a free quiz and optional paid Oria+ subscription (personalized roadmap, certifications, training picks, and progress tracking). Features and pricing are described on the site. We may update features with reasonable notice where required by law.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, including the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and applicable EU consumer rules. The parties submit to the courts of Spain for disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Prices are shown in euros. Where applicable, VAT or similar indirect tax will be charged in line with EU rules on electronically supplied services. Your Stripe receipt will reflect taxes charged at checkout where applicable.

Under EU consumer law, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content or services supplied immediately after purchase, that right may be lost if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to Oria+ and accessing premium content immediately, you agree that performance begins at once. Oria+ also includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee as described on the site; contact us within that period if the service does not meet expectations.

Oria+ subscriptions are billed through Stripe until you cancel from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The free quiz does not require payment.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell content, or use Oria in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Oria provides orientation and educational information, not legal, financial, or employment advice. Career matches, salary estimates, and training recommendations are indicative. Results depend on your situation and market conditions.

The website is operated on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (United States). Technical processing may occur in the EU and other regions subject to appropriate safeguards.
